EVV Test

No information is transmitted to ARISE when completing this test.

A number of staff who have iPhones and iPads are reporting errors using EVV and this test, this may be due to having location services disabled/blocked on your device. Please follow the instruction at: https://mytime.ariseinc.org/content/enable-location-services-ios-devices to correct this issue.
  1. Allow Location services. If you see a location permissions prompt you must click the allow button.
  2. Wait for the test to run, typically less than 30 seconds.
  3. Review the "EVV Test Results" Section if you see any failures, your device may not be compatible with the EVV requirements. If you see "PASS! This device currently meets the requirements to support EVV." then your device has passed the EVV test and is ready to use.
  4. You may run the test multiple times, certain situations may cause temporary failures such as poor GPS signal, poor cellular/data signal or device malfunction. If your device is repeatedly failing you may use the "Send Debug Information" button to allow ARISE IT staff to review your device information manually. Please include your name and email address so the ARISE IT Team can get in touch with you about your results. Please do not submit your Debug Information multiple times.
Note: the Firefox Mobile browser is not currently supported. Please use: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Samsung Internet to complete this test.
More Information is available on the EVV Help Page.
